Good food

Ate here with my wife in September 2020. I thought I was ordering a simple fried tilapia but it came with the skeleton too. If I had seen the picture of what it looked like I probably wouldn’t have ordered it but it was very good.l, amazing. It tasted like it had never been frozen, super fresh. I would order again. My wife liked her sandwich order too.

Bibi’s is sooo good. Love the tacos and ceviche. Also super reasonable prices.

Stopped off at Bibis on a trip through Delaware . Food was good service was attentive. Great guac...fish tacos al Pastore and empanadas were yummy. Would recommend the Tamarindo!

Very good and quite clean. Owner is awesome as well. Forget tonalteca for mexican in Milford, this is the spot.

Great fish tacos! Ingredients are very fresh. The salsas are HOT.

Parking was easy, strip mall, plenty of places to park. I liked the changing graphic sign out in front of the place. When we stepped in, the decor was clean, yet you felt a club vibe. You could see all kinds of lights all over the ceiling. My guess is this place knows how to party. This was Sunday, so it was more family oriented. The place was decent sized, 10 booths, many high tops, and a bar with seats. Service was top notch, anything we needed, we had in a reasonable time. This place keeps it fresh, they were out of bread for tortas, and pork tonight. Of course I know because that's what I tried to order. To me, on a Sunday night, 2 hours from closing, this is forgivable. I ordered a Modelo bottle. It was the perfect temperature, cold, and refreshing. Looks like they had an ok selection of tequila, enough to get you by. I didn't see many heavy hitters. Chips & Salsa!!!! Chips....homemade, crunchy, delicious!!! These are probably my favorite chips I've had in my 40+ reviews this year. Salsa...1 was pureed pretty hard, but man was it good with just a hint of heat to it. Honestly, I could drink this stuff, it's that good. Salsa....2 was a chunky fresh veg medley. This had such a great flavor explosion to it, super fresh taste, and had a nice heat punch. Salsa....3 was green with a nice taste of cilantro. This was my favorite overall. I wish I would have got a picture of the little salsa bar they have. I got too busy when I started eating. Next time!!! I ordered tacos: they do 3 per order so I went with the cow head. The tacos were, the, best, tacos, I've had so far on this journey. The homemade tortillas were where they will be judged from here on out. The meat was seasoned perfect, and was melt in your mouth amazing. I made my other 2 friends try them, it was that good. I've had some good tacos de cabeza, these were better than I've tried. The cilantro and onion just set it off. I've been thinking about these for the last 4 days... I ordered the steak huarache. The steak was seasoned good, not my favorite steak, right in the upper middle of the road. What made up for it, was the incredible tortilla on the bottom, and every layer in between. Funny thing is, it tasted even better the next day, and I enjoyed the steak much more. My friend told be that the burrito he had was probably the best burrito he has had lifetime... I tried the refried beans & rice. Beans....creamy, flawless refried beans. So good! Rice...sticky, yet moist and flavorful. I'd say top 3 favorite rice in DE currently.

Truly authentic, fresh food. The shrimp ceviche is the best that I have ever had! I could make a meal at the salsa bar alone!

Large portions of tasty food. My wife had a whole Talapia with rice, beans guac, and more. I had Chicken BB which had pork, bacon, mushrooms, 3 kinds of bell peppers, cheese... I took most of it home because the in-store made chips and salsa was the best I've ever had. It was really good and only walking distance from my home. I love this town! Can't wait for lunch to try their tacos! Update Their tacos are to die for! Update So is their Guacacome and Bibi's Jalapenos. This place is as close to getting real Mexican food as you can get without a passport. You can tell how authentic an ethnic restaurant is but the number of that ethnicity are eating there. NONE of the other "Mexican" restaurants in the area have Mexicans eating in them. They're all at Bibi's. There's a reason for that.

The staff was friendly and the food was awesome. It's a very colorful restaurant painted in bright colors and painted pyramids .very unique!

Bad service, not to good food.

Authentic Mexican food in Milford. They don't have a menu full of cheese smothered meals like the others in town but what they do have is fairly cheap and delicious. The service is prompt and the staff is courteous and will gladly answer any questions you may have about the menu items. Don't come expecting chimichangas and you won't leave disappointed.

Night club/ restaurant during the day, just wanted some good tacos... Nope asked for cheese and they brought me mozzarella .. MOZZARELLA lol... I mean between the awfully loud music in the middle of the day, the dry "nachos" with tortillas, burnt on dry cheese, and a few chunks of chicken, that's IT , and those awful tacos, I'll for sure never be back. It's laughable to hear this place is good

Omg! It was great very good home made soups and their tacos are amazing.I know this is going to be my favorite place.

I leave 5 stars because the tacos are amazing!! Try the smoked pork if your not a taco fan, and the other ones are good, get the fixings for them!!! And try there sauces!! Other things ordered were very so so. There drinks are a 1 star. However there non alcholic authentic drinks are very good and taste as they should. Ive always ordered take out, at least once a week for the past year. So im unsure of wait times. Mines always been ready on time. Again, i only order the tacos, and yes ive had all of them.

The food was delicious and authentic but...it took a very long time (30+) minutes to get our food. Also, I hate to say this but I ordered a margarita and it was the worst I ever had. I thought there was something wrong and I told our server and she took it back and “fixed it”. It was the same when she returned but maybe with a dash of tequila. It tasted like a bad fake lemonade style drink. I didn’t come for the margarita but I figured authentic meant a decent chance at a popular drink. Not so much.
